Diamond-Leaf Willow
The Diamond-Leaf Willow's scientific name is Salix planifolia. It is found in North America, including most of Canada and western United States. The are located in the Canadian Arctic Tundra. The Diamond-Leaf Willow is not considered a willow plant, it created by a group of fungus gathering together. It is a bush like plant with no specefic size. The sizes vary from low and buch-like, to nine meter tree like form. The leaves are usually oval shaped with pointed tips. The leaves measure up to 6.5 cenimeters. The leaves are smooth-eged, blossy on the upper side, and sometimes have silky hair. They grow in May and June. Fruit can be found on this plant between July and August. The minimum temperature that this plant can be in is -38 degree weather.
